I'm In Trouble.....
Govinda Gallery in DC is having a show of Mark Seliger's new portraits, and one of them is of David Bowie. This is torture. Seliger is one of my all-time favorite photographers,, and Bowie is my favorite, favorite, favorite musician. I don't have an art collection, but I'm really tempted to start one now....

If you like the actual photo of Bowie, then just do it!
If you like Seliger and you like Bowie, but you don't like Seliger's Bowie, then hold off on it.
that's my advice...but what do i know?
i love the photo. if i felt comfortable spending the money, i'd buy it right now. but i think im moving in august or september, and i should be saving. plus, i'm not selling any prints, so it's not like i have a lot of money coming in. its a $2500 luxury that im not sure a recent college grad can spend. but thanks. i need to marinate for a while....
yeah, i forgot to include that affordability aspect.
